AROUND THE CLOCK

Around the Clock, 24/7 Newborn Care Package

There are many priorities when you arrive home with your newborn - rest and recovery for mom, family transitions, and of course, caring for your newborn. To manage all of these priorities, hiring a master newborn care specialist who exercises intuitive newborn care practices will get you the customized support and encouragement you need to transition at home.

Once you’
re home with your baby, I’ll come to your home and stay from four weeks up to eight weeks. During that time I will listen to and observe your newborn’s signals and responses to figure out what will make them safe, calm, and healthy. When our time together comes to an end, my goal is to leave you with the understanding of what your newborn needs to be a happy, well-fed, sleeping baby.

My focus will be on:

ROUTINE - I will track your baby’s patterns day and night - sleep, feeding, contentment, and any discomfort. Listening to and observing your baby will give us the information we need to make sure. After our first few weeks together, your baby will start adapting to healthy routines.

SUPPORT - I will guide you as you learn to care for your baby from day one, providing helpful and non-judgmental feedback and suggestions. When I leave, you will feel empowered and prepared to move forward on your parenting journey.

FEEDING - This can be an enjoyable experience with the right support plan in place. If you are breastfeeding, I will bring your baby to you for feeding time and either respect your space or offer support during feeding time. If your baby is bottle feeding I can feed your baby during the day or night so you can rest.

I can provide assistance with things such as:

soothing, swaddling, bathing, diaper changes, dressing, feeding, burping, sleep hygiene, cleaning/preparing bottles/pump parts, baby laundry, tidying the nursery, and engaging in age-appropriate activities with your newborn.
